Every newspaper reporter, journalist, and media
writer knows it is very difficult to write matters
scientific in a lay language suitable for day people
This story was first initiated in the latter 80's as a conjunct
to help illustrate 'Perfect Eclipses' from a metaphysical
formula using metaphorical images to explain 'Perfect Eclipses'
to curious throngs who can not goalie stick handling mathematical
equations. The story went through many re-writes, finally landing
as this version in the mid 90's. The difficulty all along has
been in trying to clarify the metaphors, the scientific facts
being depicted get more and more complex in literature
form in their descriptions
Interesting, you may note, that not a single word of reference
to sex or gender occurs in this story. There is no he, she, his,
hers, him or any other reference to indicate gender. If you think
this is easy, try writing one yourself, utterly gender-free.
Have fun. Don't worry too much about the rewrites you'll get
used to doing them. eventually
